Keystone Propane is committed to ensuring continued service and delivery to our customers while keeping the health and safety of our customers and employees. The quickest way to schedule a delivery, check tank levels, make a payment is through the Keystone Propane Portal or the Keystone Propane App.

At this time, we are not accepting Cash Payments. Only Debit / Credit Cards will be accepted. Checks will only be accepted for existing customers payments. Tanks being filled at the Dock will not be placed into Customer Vehicles. Sorry for the Inconvenience.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and carefully, and adjust our response plan accordingly.

The BAD experience is my fault for not thinking they would penalize me for not using all my pre buy gallons. It is in the contract but I guess I thought because I was a long-standing customer and with the stress of COVID- 19 they might give me a break. I would have been happy with charging me half of the penalty, but I was charged the $100.00. Well I was taken to school on that one, and I guess I didn’t save any money on the pre buy with them.WELL my experience turned out very well. I am so please to talk to the great employee who worked with me to fix the issue I created. In the future I will know not to buy more than I expect to use. I would highly recommend Keystone Propane to anyone who is considering having a propane tank installed in their home, and regular propane filling. They stand by their work. After an initial glitch with tank placement and how some of the piping was run, Lee, the service manager, stepped in and corrected the issue the very next day.Keystone Propane’s gas price beats the competition by far. In this day and age, it is rare to find a company who values its customers and goes that extra mile to make sure you are not only fully satisfied, but happy with their service.

we have been customers for just over a year, bought our tank from them and for the first season we were treated very well, pricing is also very good. THEN this fall something happened to their customer service. We set up on a three week FILL and it never happened, each month we had to call, several times, and were told each time “we dont fill on demand”. It seemed their “schedule” meant little if anything. Last week we were getting low and I called to confirm delivery was imminent. YES was the response, however that was Wednesday, today is Sunday and no fuel, now at 10% and with windchill we will be at 10 below tonight. THEN I received a call from Bruce Turner, who apologized and confirmed a delivery would be made today (Sunday, NY Eve), had several other suggestions how to improve things for our property as well. So far my faith has been restored. Will revisit this post and increase the STAR rating if it all plans out as promised. FEBRURARY 20,2017 UPDATE: As promised I return to update this review, and have moved to a five star. This company has gone above and beyond to take care of us and without a single need for a call. They have accommodated our needs during the cold winter with consistent timely service and with a courteous friendly and caring driver. Thank you Keystone and we highly recommend them to all!

I've used another service on otherside (Scranton) town and always have to walk a short distance just to get someone to assist. We have had Keystone for our propane for almost 12 years now and up until last month we have been very pleased. We are on the automatic refill and use their online services. For some reason they did not come last month, which made no sense since this is when we start using the most propane. We didn't run out but when we requested a refill, it took a week for them to come. Our brother has the home next door and he almost ran out. He called last week and told them that it was urgent. He was told that they would be there either the end of last week or the beginning of this one. They didn't get here until the end of this week.

Last winter, due to our thermostat malfunction, our primary heat pump didn’t activate and we were on emergency propane, using more than expected and depleting our supply earlier than the scheduled delivery time. I’ve been with Keystone Propane for over 10 years and have never had a problem. Prices are fair and I never have to worry about running out. The only minor issue that I have is they wait out the whole summer before filling up my tank, which is usually sometime in October early November, by then it’s a full load and hits the checkbook hard. Other than that they are great to deal with.
