2024 July Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The 2024 July Giveaway is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Entrants must be 18 years of age as of the date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Keystone Propane Service, Inc. employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors , as well as, members of an Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the 2024 July Giveaway.
2. Sponsorship: The sole sponsor of the 2024 July Giveaway is Keystone Propane Service, Inc., located at 1201 Marshwood Rd., Throop PA 18512. Sponsor will conduct the 2024 July Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules. The 2024 July Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Ozark Trail, Coleman, Napoleon, or GVDV. In addition, Meta Platforms, Inc., Ozark Trail, Coleman, Napoleon, or GVDV share no responsibility or liability for this giveaway.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Giveaway, the Entrant agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects.
4. Entry Period: Any entries received between 9:00AM EDT on July 8, 2024 and 5:00PM EDT on July 22, 2024 (that comply with rule 1.Eligibility), will be deemed valid and official entries.
5. How to Enter: Simply enter all required information in the ENTRY FORM at the bottom of this page. Required information includes: First and last name, email address, telephone number, zip code, and how you found the giveaway. Press the “Submit Your Entry” button below the form to complete your entry. Once submitted, a page will load confirming your entry has been received. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any duplicate entries will be considered invalid and will be disqualified. By entering the 2024 July Giveaway, the entrant grants permission to the Sponsor to send periodic marketing material via the email address listed on the entry form. The entrant’s contact information will not be sold or used for any other purposes. The entrant can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of said emails.
6. Prize: The Winner of the 2024 July Giveaway will receive one (1) Ozark Trail tent, (1) Coleman cooler, (2) GVDV camping chairs, (1) Napoleon Patioflame fire pit, (1) 20lb propane tank (filled). There shall be no cash or any other prize substitutions permitted. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness and name for purposes of advertising without compensation.
7. Odds of Winning: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
8. Selection and Notification of Winner: One Winner will be selected, by the Sponsor, on July 29th, 2024 at 12:00PM EDT, via random selection from all entries received. The Sponsor will notify the Winner, by email, sent to the address entered on the ENTRY FORM. If, after 3 business days, the Sponsor does not receive a response from the Winner, a telephone call will be made to the telephone number entered on the ENTRY FORM. A voicemail will be left, if possible. If no return phone call is received by the Sponsor, one additional email will be sent and one additional telephone call will be made to the Winner. If, after these attempts, no contact has been made between the Winner and the Sponsor, the Winner will forfeit the prize. Another winner will be selected by the Sponsor using the rules set forth in the 2024 July Giveaway Official Rules.  The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall have no liability for, Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall the Sponsor be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
9. How to Claim Your Prize: The Winner and Sponsor will arrange pickup date and time during the Notification of Winner process. Once the specifics have been agreed upon, the Winner will claim the prize at Keystone Propane Service, Inc. located at 1201 Marshwood Rd., Throop PA 18512. The winner must present a valid picture ID to claim prize. Once the Winner has been verified by the Sponsor, the Winner agrees to have photos taken with the prize, to be used for marketing purposes by the Sponsor, without compensation. The Sponsor also has permission to use the Winner’s name for such marketing purposes, without compensation. The Winner is responsible for the pickup and transportation of the prize. Shipping is not available.
10. General Announcement of Winner: Once the Winner has claimed the prize, an announcement will be made on KeystonePropane.com, as well as, Keystone Propane Service, Inc.’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
