The quickest way to schedule a delivery, check tank levels, make a payment is through the Keystone Propane Portal or the Keystone Propane App.
At this time, we are not accepting Cash Payments. Only Debit / Credit Cards will be accepted. Checks will only be accepted for existing customers payments. Tanks being filled at the Dock will not be placed into Customer Vehicles. Sorry for the Inconvenience.
