If we have vacancies, they would be in one of the following positions:

Customer Service Representative (Non-DOT):  Customer Service Representatives are the first contact our customers and prospective customers have with Keystone Propane.  Great phone skills are a must!!  Other duties would include:

• Answer high volume of calls daily
• Handle customer issues concerning delivery, service, billing and payment.
• Have basic register and accounting skills
• Perform data entry
• Basic propane knowledge a plus

Delivery Specialist (DOT):  A Delivery Specialist is the heart of any propane business.  They must be dedicated to not only providing timely service to our customers, but must be aware of the requirements of a propane system and know what to do when they detect deficiencies.  Our customer’s Safety is paramount!!!  Our Specialists must:

• Have a minimum of a Class B CDL and have passed their air brake test.
• Must have Tanker and HazMat endorsements on their CDL.
• Must be able to meet DOT physical fitness standards.
• Have a good attendance history
• Clean Driving record
• Basic propane knowledge a plus

Service Technician (DOT):  A Service Technician must be very meticulous not only in his work but in the completion of the required paperwork.  No job is complete until the paperwork is done.  The individuals we are looking for are those that do it right first time, every time.  Our Technicians must:

• Have a minimum of a Class B CDL and have passed their air brake test.
• Must have Tanker and HazMat endorsements on their CDL.
• Must be able to meet DOT physical fitness standards.
• Have a good attendance history
• Clean Driving record
• Have documented training in tank installations
• Must have a highly skilled working knowledge of propane systems and appliances
